Description:
The last time I spent New Years Eve with my parents my father and I stood in front of the windows that overlooked the 18 green at the country club. Fresh snow lay on the ground. The band played in the background, it was just before mid-night as we stood and reflected on our lives during the past year and what the future might hold.
